The CTM Dumbbell Destruction Program provides a way for you to reach your fitness goals without a full gym. In this plan, you will train 3 times per week. All of these workouts will be full body, consisting of 1 push movement, 1 pull movement, 1 leg movement and 3 isolation movements per workout. Each workout will also include 2 ab exercises that are designed to build maximum core strength and stability. Since nutrition is also extremely important, you will receive this program's nutrition protocol, that will aid in your goal of burning fat or building muscle!
