My Promise

The days of constant misinformation about how to get the body of your dreams is over. I am on a mission to help as many people as I can, become the best versions of themselves. Fitness is a key component in taking complete control over your life. The problem is that everyone is constantly pitching a new idea about which diet is the best and what supplements are gonna magically make you lose 50 pounds. These false realities are straying you away from what really matters. Sustainability. My goal is to make achieving your goals, as easy and effortless as possible. I promise to provide you with an enjoyable and sustainable way to get the body of your dreams. 

About Me

I am simply just a kid with a dream. I strive to give people the necessary components for being successful along their fitness journey. I was once overweight and very unhappy. I knew I needed to change not only my weight, but my lifestyle and habits. Fortunately, I was able to discover a sustainable approach toward achieving your fitness goals. Throughout this physical change, I gained a lot of confidence. This confidence translated into every aspect of my life and I aim to help others achieve this life changing power as well!

What Makes CTM Different? 

At ​CTM, we are not promoting a fitness program. We are promoting a new way of living your life. We want you to take control and become the person you have always dreamed of being. My Goals For You 

The goal of CTM Training is not to go on a diet. The goal is to change to a happy and healthy lifestyle. Our programs have been proven to show results in a way that is easier than ever before. During my weight loss transformation, I believed the false information. I thought that the endless hours in the gym and the boring food selection was the only way to get the body that I wanted. I realized, this is not the truth. I have created CTM for the people who believe that fitness and health is something that should enrich their life, not control it.
